When purchasing, the seller will be clearly identified.

Orders are considered confirmed only upon dispatch. In the rare case of a pricing or inventory discrepancy, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund.

Our guarantee covers whether a stone is natural or synthetic, based on available documentation and disclosure.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable unless the item is materially misrepresented or found to be faulty, subject to verification.
