Shipping Policy
Poe Collection Co., Ltd. ships globally with a focus on discretion, security, and precision handling.
All gemstones and jewelry are professionally packaged, fully documented, and declared in accordance with international trade regulations.
Shipping Methods:
- Orders valued above USD 1,000 are dispatched via FedEx International Priority with full tracking and signature confirmation.
- Orders valued below USD 1,000 are shipped via International Economy Post.
- Express upgrades may be arranged upon written request prior to dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier performance, or regulatory changes.
Poe Collection Co., Ltd. is not responsible for transit delays, customs clearance timelines, import duties,
VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Returns & Exchanges
We operate with strict quality control standards. Returns are therefore limited and subject to prior written
approval.
Eligible items may be returned within 3 days of confirmed delivery, provided that:
- The item remains in original, unused, and unaltered condition
- All original certificates, gemological reports, packaging, and documentation are returned
- The piece shows no signs of wear, setting alteration, or handling damage
Failure to return the original purchase certificate will result in a USD 500 deduction from the refundable
amount.
Returns shipped without written authorization will be refused.
We strongly recommend return shipment via FedEx with insurance coverage equal to the full purchase
value. Poe Collection Co., Ltd. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Return shipping costs, insurance, customs duties, and related charges are the responsibility of the
purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bespoke or custom-cut gemstones
- Commissioned jewelry
- Special orders not held in regular inventory
Refund Processing
Approved returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds may include deductions for:
- Restocking fees
- Original outbound shipping costs
- Payment processing commissions
- Handling charges
- Currency conversion losses, where applicable
All applicable adjustments will be communicated prior to final processing.
In exceptional circumstances, Poe Collection Co., Ltd. reserves the right to grant a full refund without deductions at management discretion.
