Shipping

Every order is arranged personally over WhatsApp. Once your purchase is confirmed we agree the delivery details with you and quote the delivery cost before you commit to anything.

Every shipment is insured and tracked from our hands to yours, and we share the tracking details and expected dates before anything is sent.

Customs and duties

Where import duties or taxes apply in your country, they are your responsibility. We tell you what to expect for your destination before anything is sent.

Returns

Each stone is confirmed with you personally before it is sent, with photographs, video and the laboratory report, so you know exactly what is coming.

If something is still not right when it arrives, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we will agree the return together. Send the stone back unaltered, with its certificate and packaging, and once it reaches us and passes inspection we refund you in full by the method you paid with.
