We use your details to do what you ask of us: run your account, save your wishlist, register you for bidding once approved, record your bids, answer your requests, and complete purchases. That processing is necessary to provide the service you signed up for.
We also process limited data in our legitimate interest of keeping the site safe. The site uses Google reCAPTCHA and Firebase App Check for security, fraud, and abuse prevention. The newsletter is sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us. Records of sales are kept where the law requires us to keep them.
We never sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising. It is handled by the providers that run the site for us: Google Firebase stores our accounts, data, and files on Google Cloud, and Postmark delivers our emails. These providers process data on our instructions and their servers may be outside Thailand. Where data leaves Thailand, it is protected by the contractual and technical safeguards of these providers. Beyond that, we disclose data only if the law requires it.
On the auction pages, other bidders see bids under a masked name unless you have chosen to show your name. Your WhatsApp number and email are never shown to other visitors.
We use one essential cookie, which keeps you signed in and is not readable by scripts, and a small local record of things like whether you have already seen the opening animation. There are no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers on this site, and we do not track you across other websites.
We keep your account details while your account is open. Bid and sale records are kept as business records for as long as the law requires. Your newsletter address is kept until you unsubscribe. Stone requests are kept as long as we need them to help you. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or strip it of anything that identifies you.
Data moves between you and the site over encrypted connections. Access to it is restricted, certificates are served through private short lived links rather than public files, and layered security checks block automated abuse. We take no card payments on the site, so there are no card details to lose.
